Jr. SOYO Members include those boys and girls who are turning 9 years of age, up until they turn 13 years of age, at which point they transition into TEEN SOYO .

The goal of Jr. SOYO is to begin to give our youths opportunities to become integrated in the total life of the Church alongside their Orthodox peers and to provide service to others while learning about their faith.  By beginning to work with our young members in teaching them to live our Orthodox Faith daily, we discuss worship, witness, service and fellowship and what those words mean.

Jr. SOYO activities are structured in a fun way and range from crafts, Bible trivia, sports, small fundraising events for service projects within our parish as well as in our community, and much more.  What better opportunity that the Jr. SOYO where our children can socialize and have fun with friends from their Orthodox faith?

Our ultimate goal must be to see that our youth grow to love Christ and His Church and to pursue a righteous way of life.

Meetings are held one a month from 2:00pm until 5:00pm, followed by attending Great Vespers.  At times the time will change based on the activity going on.
